This Way Up podcast is a show that empowers 20-somethings to cope with the challenges of the first decade of adulthood using the insights of psychology.

The main goal of the project was to create more opportunities to nurture relationships with the audience. To open up the primarily one-way dialogue. So we decided to begin an email list, primarily focused on gaining interest and nurturing relationship.

I began with research to understand the ideal listener, and the brand voice.

I then crafted an interest email showcasing the transformation that being a regular listener of the show can create.

Ending with a clear call to action to check out the latest episode.
